What we did today: - Today in the Idea Lab we made clay pots with Mrs. Ferrari! Jillian - Today in gym we played dodgeball and I got hit 5 times, but I got everyone who hit me, but Ms. Heagy! Caden - Today we in literacy Mrs. Chowdhury taught us how to make good endings for our stories. Noelle - I learned how to make clay pots! Hashim - Today in the Idea Lab it was lots of fun and it had to be as tall as your hand. Ryder - Today was kind of like hockey day. We all wore a hockey shirt or green remembering the hockey team that died. Julia - Today in gym we played dodgeball and I only got hit once. Evelyn - Mrs. Ferrari helped us. It was very fun and it was very, very educating for people that never did clay. Water, when it is on clay, helps it stick and reinforces it. Sam - In music, we did old brass wagon and we learned how to do another song. Kai Homework: Please practice poetry party. We are excited to see you present tomorrow! Have a great evening! *Tomorrow is Jersey Day: To show our support of the Humbolt Broncos and their community, a group of BC hockey moms have planned a jersey day to remember the bus crash victims. Thursday, April 12, the students are encourage to wear their favorite jersey or, if they don’t have one, wear green. We had a blast learning about magnets today! See pictures below! Up coming dates:
Our Learning: - Today in magnets my group had cars and it was fun. River - Today in math we were finishing up estimation jars. Julia - Today in gym we played badminton and we had a partner and we were passing to other teams. Ryder - Today in math we finished our money and we were counting money that is under a dollar to make one hundred cents and we had pretty hard challenges. Rocky - We learned about Music Monday in music today. Javkhlan - I learned about magnets today. Ephram - Today in circle my classmates showed respect for me. Sam have a great evening! Happy Monday!
